What are the delivery times?

Most orders will be delivered within 4-7 business days after your purchase. Please check our Shipping Policy to see a chart with the delivery and production times by country and type of product.

Where are you shipping from?

We have a network of hubs in the USA, Spain, Mexico, and Brazil. When you place an order, it’s automatically routed to the closest production hub to ensure faster delivery. Depending on your location, your order may be fulfilled in a neighboring country.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to the following countries:

USA, Spain, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela.

Do I receive a tracking number?

Yes. You’ll receive an email notification with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Your tracking link will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched. You can use it to keep an eye on your package either through your local postal service’s website or at 17track.net

Can I change my star map details?

If you’ve made a spelling mistake or need to edit your map details, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll happily update the design for you.
  • Once production begins, changes are no longer possible, and the order cannot be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you’d like to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately.

  • If the order is not yet in production, we can update your address.
  • Once production starts, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible due to our fast processing times.

Can I cancel an order?

We aim to deliver your product as quickly as possible.

  • If your order is not yet in production, we may be able to cancel or update it.
  • If production has already begun, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.

Is there an invoice in the package?

No, we don’t include invoices or receipts in the package.

If you need an invoice, simply contact us and we’ll send one via email.

My order has been damaged. What are my options?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, here's what to do:

  1. Report the issue within 15 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide:
  • A short description of the issue
  • Packaging condition
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

3. Once we verify the problem, we’ll:

  • Send a free replacement
  • Or offer a full refund, depending on your preference

Is the star map accurate?

Yes! We use the ESA Hipparcos star catalog, based on high-precision data from the Hipparcos space telescope. It allows us to accurately recreate the position of stars at any given date and location—past or future. You can trust the astronomical accuracy of your map.
