What are the delivery times?
Most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days after your purchase. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details depending on the product and destination.
Where do orders ship from?
We work with a network of production centers in the United States. Your order is printed and shipped from the center closest to your location to ensure faster delivery.
Do you ship to my country?
From Estrellas.com, we ship to the entire United States. If you want to receive your map in another country, we have international websites: Estrellas.es (Spain/Portugal/Andorra), Estrellas.com.mx (Mexico), Stelle.it (Italy), Sterne.de (Germany), Sterne.at (Austria).
How can I track my order?
When your order leaves the production center, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link. You can also check the status on your local postal service website or at 17track.net.
Can I change the details of my star map?
If you have made a spelling error or need to edit the details of your map, please write to us as soon as possible at info@estrellas.com.
- If your order has not yet entered production, we will gladly update the details.
- Once in production, we cannot stop or modify the process.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
- If the order is not yet in production, we can update your address.
- Once shipped, modifications depend on the carrier.
Can I cancel an order?
Our goal is to produce your map as quickly as possible. Therefore, once the order is confirmed, it quickly enters production and cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel, please write to us at info@estrellas.com immediately after making the purchase.
Are taxes applied to my order?
Prices are shown in USD. State or local sales tax, where applicable based on your shipping address, is calculated and displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
