These Conditions govern the sale of personalized star maps and related products offered through estrellas.com to customers in the United States. By placing an order, the customer declares to have the legal capacity to contract and fully accepts these Conditions.
Personalized Nature of the Product
All Estrellas products are manufactured on demand according to customer specifications (date, time, coordinates, texts). This has two important consequences that the customer accepts when placing an order:
- Once production has begun, it is not possible to cancel the order or issue a refund.
- Sales are final; returns or exchanges are not accepted except in case of damaged or defective product (see Returns Policy).
Order Confirmation
The sales contract is perfected when Estrellas confirms the order by email. The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the personalization data (dates, coordinates, texts) before confirming the purchase.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable federal taxes. State and local sales tax, where applicable, will be added at checkout according to the shipping address. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout.
Production and Shipping
The estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days from order confirmation, and includes production and shipping. Specific delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact info@estrellas.com within 30 days of delivery, following the procedure described in the Returns Policy.
Liability
Estrellas is liable for foreseeable damages directly resulting from the breach of its contractual obligations. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These contracts are governed by the laws of the customer's state of residence in the United States regarding their mandatory consumer rights. For consumer claims, the customer may contact the competent state or federal authorities.
Modifications
Estrellas may update these Conditions. The version applicable to each order will be the one in force at the time of its confirmation.

Personalized Nature of the Product
All Estrellas products are manufactured on demand according to customer specifications (date, time, coordinates, texts). This has two important consequences that the customer accepts when placing an order:
- Once the order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- The right of withdrawal provided for distance purchases, where it exists in the customer's jurisdiction, generally does not apply to personalized products or products made according to consumer specifications.
This limitation does not affect in any way the customer's rights in case of a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product.
