Delivery times
The total delivery time (production + shipping) is 4 to 7 business days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or remote areas may require one or two additional days.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders to the U.S., with no minimum purchase amount.
Order tracking
When your order leaves the production center, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to check its status.
Delivery issues
If the carrier is unable to deliver the order and it is not rescheduled correctly, please write to us at info@estrellas.com and we will manage it with you. If the package arrives damaged, please consult our Refund Policy.
